Three services. One rhythm.
OpsLedger does three things, on a fixed schedule, for every store you run — and hands you the finished numbers in a secure web dashboard, with a weekly email the moment your reports are ready. No new system for your managers to learn. Nothing to install.
Your first two months are free — on us.
New clients start free: the full service from day one — payroll every period, sales every week, a P&L every month. Judge the output first.
Bi-weekly payroll data preparation
Every pay period, your employees' hours and tips come out of your store system — LiveIQ for Subway stores, your time records elsewhere — organized into a clean payroll data package. You review it, and hand it to your own accountant ready to go.
What you get: a per-employee, per-store package of hours and tips, prepared the same way every period, on a predictable schedule — instead of a payroll-day scramble through raw system exports.
Where our work stops: we prepare data. We do not process payroll, disburse funds, compute withholdings, or file anything — payroll review, submission, and filing stay with you and your accountant, exactly as they do today. We just hand them clean data.
Weekly sales reporting
Every store's week, in one clean view — built from the sales reports your stores already produce. No more logging into five systems or stitching spreadsheets together to find out how the week went.
What you get: a weekly report covering all your stores at once, in your dashboard and in your inbox, so a soft store shows up while you can still fix it — not at quarter-end.
Monthly per-store P&L
You securely link your bank accounts once; from there, every transaction is categorized per store — sales deposits, payroll, supplies, fees, repairs — and rolled into a monthly profit-and-loss view for each location, plus the whole portfolio at a glance.
What you get: the answer to which of my stores actually made money last month? — every month, in the first days of the month, for the month just closed.
What it is: a management view built for your decisions. It is not audited financial statements and it does not replace your accountant — it means you and your accountant finally start from labeled, per-store numbers instead of a wall of raw transactions.
One cycle, three deliveries
Nothing waits for month-end heroics. Each close — period, week, month — triggers its delivery, and the dashboard simply fills in.
Hours and tips are pulled from your store system and prepared into your payroll data package — ready for your review, then your accountant's.
Every store's sales are gathered into one weekly report, in your dashboard and your inbox — a soft store shows up while you can still fix it.
Bank transactions are categorized per store and rolled into each store's P&L — which of your stores actually made money, answered in the first days of the month.
What lands, and when
- Every pay period — your payroll data package, prepared from your store system and ready for your review.
- Every week — the sales report for all your stores in one view, with an email the moment it is ready.
- Every month — a categorized P&L for every store, delivered in the first days of the month for the month just closed.
- Anytime — open the dashboard and the whole picture is there: one login, every store.
