Finished numbers, delivered. Not another system to learn.

Everything arrives in a secure web dashboard — one login, every store — plus a weekly email the moment your reports are ready. You open it when you want the picture; you never have to go build it.

Getting started

Four steps, and the paperwork is ours

  1. See the output first. Ask for a sample report and a short walkthrough call. You judge exactly what will land in your inbox and dashboard before anything is agreed.
  2. A plain agreement. Three services, a fixed rhythm, clear roles — signed electronically, no paper packet. Terms are discussed on the call, never sprung on you in fine print.
  3. Connect your data — securely, once. You link your bank accounts through a secure bank-connection flow; your banking credentials never touch us. Then you confirm access to the store reports you already use (LiveIQ for Subway stores). Your staff change nothing about how they work.
  4. Reports start landing. Payroll data package every pay period. Sales report every week, with an email the moment it is ready. A categorized per-store P&L in the first days of every month. Open the dashboard anytime for the whole picture.

Ready for your accountant

Every payroll package leaves here organized the way an accountant wants it: per employee, per store, hours and tips clean and complete. Your accountant stays your accountant — we just hand them clean data, so the hours they bill you go to judgment, not to untangling spreadsheets.

Clear roles, in writing

OpsLedger prepares data and reports. Reviewing payroll, submitting it, and all filing remain with you and your accountant — the same people who do it today. The agreement spells out exactly what is included, and anything beyond the three services happens only by written agreement, never by surprise.

A named, Pennsylvania-based team in your time zone — the person who built your reports is the person who answers for them.
